The partnership came to be as Paolo and Tory sat sipping Aperol Spritzes at the Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach Freeport location. It was at this moment that they both realized that there is not much demand for gelato during the winter months in South Carolina and Georgia, whereas in the Bahamas there is almost 11 months of warm, tropical weather — perfect for selling frozen products.
